This work is about reducing burden in a system where the user often arrives already carrying too much. The design problem was not only screen layout. It was clarity, trust, language, access, and the emotional cost of asking people to prove reality through a form, portal, or workflow.

What I was solving for

• Make dense or ambiguous information easier to act on.
• Clarify handoffs, constraints, roles, and decision points.
• Protect trust where errors, confusion, or missing context create real consequences.
• Create artifacts teams can use after the meeting ends.
